Creamy Peanut Butter Dip is definitely a crowd favorite in my household. Not only do the kids love having this as an after school snack, it is also one of my go-to post workout meals. I mean, seriously, how can you go wrong with cream cheese and peanut butter?
I love this dip because it literally takes minutes to make, and the ingredients are always readily available in my kitchen. The kids love it because, well, its creamy, sweet, and turns that regular plate of fruit and veggies into dip-fantastic yumy-ness!
Have you ever noticed that kids go crazy over any kind of food they can dip? With over 30 grams of protein and no added refined sugar, this snack is good for them, too. So, let them dig in!
Yum! That is one creamy, peanut buttery treat! For the healthiest version of this snack, make sure to use all natural peanut butter and raw honey. Don’t forget to make some extra to save for your next post-long run or workout, too. It really hits the spot!
